Additionally, it is best to consume sugar, salt, and total fat in moderation.

Improving your lifestyle can greatly improve your well-being. And the good news is that you don't need to make drastic changes all at once. Small modifications can make a big difference, and as you experience success with a change, it may inspire you to make additional positive adjustments.3

Below are some tips and resources to maintain a healthy lifestyle, manage body weight, and promote overall well-being while practicing social distancing at home.

Performing regular physical activity is essential to maintaining good health. It has numerous benefits, such as improving brain health, helping with weight management, reducing the risk of disease, strengthening muscles and bones, and improving performance in daily activities.
